Open-source licensing
OfferLoop Assist uses a combined licensing model. It is not an MIT-only project: original OfferLoop contributions use MIT, while inherited Free Cluely material remains under Apache-2.0.

Inherited Free Cluely portions
Code and documentation derived from Free Cluely remain under Apache-2.0, including its applicable attribution, notice, modification, and patent terms.
Bundled libraries and assets
Dependencies and assets remain subject to their own licences. The desktop installer includes the project licensing overview, licence texts, provenance, and third-party notices.
The exact licence texts and notices distributed with your installed version are authoritative for that release. In the desktop app, choose Installed notices to open its resources/legal folder containing the licensing overview, licence texts, third-party notices, provenance, and hash manifest.
Copyright ownership remains with the respective contributors and third-party owners. Open-source licences do not grant rights to third-party trademarks or branding except as their terms expressly allow.
Open-source licences govern software copyright permissions. OfferLoop account, payment, privacy, recording, and acceptable-use rules are covered separately.
